Shoplenty is the storefront brand operated by CSLM LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Shoplenty,” “CSLM LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you browse, create an account, contact us, or purchase products.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses.
- Order data: products, prices, discounts, transaction status, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer-support history.
- Payment data: payment method, limited card details such as brand and last four digits, tokens, and fraud signals. Stripe and other enabled payment providers collect and process full payment credentials; Shoplenty does not store complete card numbers.
- Account and content data: username, encrypted password, preferences, reviews, comments, and other information you submit.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, referring URLs, and security or diagnostic logs.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate the store; process and fulfill orders; collect payment; provide tracking, support, returns, and refunds; maintain optional customer accounts; prevent fraud and abuse; secure and troubleshoot the website; comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations; improve products and services; and send transactional messages. Customers may check out as guests or create an account. We do not currently send marketing email or SMS messages.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:
- payment processors such as Stripe and enabled wallet or financing providers;
- WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, email, security, analytics, and technical service providers;
- product suppliers and fulfillment partners, including CJdropshipping, and shipping carriers that need recipient and order details to fulfill an order;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties where required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of analytics or advertising technology is treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable law, you may submit an opt-out request to support@shoplenty.com. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about customers.
Cookies and similar technology
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technology for carts, checkout, account login, preferences, security, fraud prevention, performance, and analytics. Browser controls can block some cookies, but strictly necessary cookies are required for cart, account, and checkout functions. Third-party payment buttons may set their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.
Analytics, advertising, and marketing status
Shoplenty uses Google Site Kit to manage Google services. Google Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location, referring source, and website-interaction information after Analytics is connected and enabled. We do not currently use Meta or TikTok advertising pixels, SMS marketing, or a marketing-email provider. If we introduce advertising pixels or promotional email or SMS programs, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by law.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, warranty and dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal obligation. We may retain deidentified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an explanation of personal information practices, and may opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or marketing. Submit a request to support@shoplenty.com. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may be required to provide written authorization. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children
The store is intended only for customers who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or place orders. If you believe a minor provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
International processing
Service providers and fulfillment partners may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for cross-border processing.
Third-party services and links
Third-party websites, payment services, wallets, financing providers, and embedded content have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control those independent services.
Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The posted effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required.
